Atomizer:
My atomizer gets warm but doesn't produce any or much vapor?
Your atomizer probably has too much e-Liquid inside it and cannot fully heat up. Try placing the open end of the atomizer into a paper towel and blow through the battery connector end as hard as you can. This will force the excess liquid out of the atomizer. Another thing is to make sure your battery is fully charged or swap it with another known good battery.

My atomizer is cold and doesn't produce any vapor?
Your atomizer has probably burnt out and needs replaced. Occasionally the center contact between the battery and atomizer doesn't touch. Take a small paper clip and gently pry that center contact up on the atomizer and the battery. Don't try too hard because you can pop it out of the grommet holding it in place. If this doesn't fix your cold atomizer then it probably is bad and needs replaced.
My atomizer is tasting like burnt plastic?
Your cartridge is either low on e-Liquid or has been used many times and needs to be replaced. You should never let your tank get below 1/3 empty, or this can result in a burnt taste.

Why am I getting fluid in my mouth?
A few reasons this could happen: You over-filled (also called a drowning atomizer), drawing too hard on the atomizer, your battery is weak (get a freshly charged battery or charge your battery), flick your e-cig, blow atomizer out, clean atomizer, or replace.
How many times can I refill my cartridges?
Cartridge life depends a lot on how dry you let them become during use. A dry atomizer burns hot and can break down the fiber in the cartridge fairly quick. Another tip: Always keep above 1/3 full! Letting Atomizer get below 1/3 will be too hard your wick/coil!!
Battery:
My battery will not hold a charge for very long ... batteries do have a life span
and unless this battery is new it probably needs replaced.
Manufacturer states Batteries are good for around 300 charge and discharge cycles.

My battery is charging fine, the LED lights up, but I am getting no vapor?
Different things you can try: Check the battery charge. Re-Prime your wick. Blow
out your atomizer. Clean your atomizer. Make sure battery connection is cleaned and
dry. If it is not any of those issues it might be a connection issue: There is a pin inside the
connection of the battery that can sometimes be pushed too far down where the
battery cannot make a connection. (This pin is a copper piece inside the connection
where the threads of a cartomizer screw into the battery.) To extend this pin take
something thin and sturdy such as a paperclip and slowly work the pin from each side
to bring it back up (similar to opening a can of paint). This should bring the pin back
high enough where the connection between the battery and the heating unit can be
completed.
My battery lights up, then flashes while I take a drag, and then stops working?
You are reaching the battery cut-off, which is typically 5 seconds. A battery cutoff
can last up to 5 minutes. During the cut-off period the battery WILL NOT activate until
the cut-off is over. This is a safety so the battery doesn't overheat. If you need a long
drag we suggest going to a MOD, Digital, or USB pass-through which has a longer draw
time.

My battery button is stuck?
Tap it on a hard surface (not too hard), try strong quick drags, wiggle the button around.
My battery gets extremely hot when using or charging?
This is a sign the battery has a serious internal problem. Disconnect from Charger or Atomizer, set it someplace that it will not pose a fire risk such as a granite countertop, once it is cooled Throw Away!!
TRUTH ABOUT PRIMING AND MORE....
PRIMING 101 ...
Yes, You should prime a new wick to help the wick get wet and not work
so hard. Not priming will result in a shorten life for your atomizer or
cartomizer. By not priming your wick has started out by initially
overworking to receive fluid.
Should I only Prime a Brand New Wick??? NO... Used wicks need priming
and help too sometimes!
Priming is more important in a Top Heating Coil than a Bottom Changing
Coil... This is true. Because of gravity if you don't prime a BCC the wick will
get the fluid eventually... However, even in a BCC your wick will be
working somewhat harder if you choose not to Prime. Allow your tank to sit
1-3 minutes after you fill with fluid.
A top Heating Coil doesn't have the Gravity Pull that a BCC has, so you do
need to Prime!
Other times I should Prime:
• When your e-cig has been left for 24-48 laying without being used
• If you hear gurgling not relieved by blow out or flicking
• Your hit tastes dry or burnt
• Hard to Vape? Not enough Vape? ... PRIME! - Don't just cut the voltage
up this will only burn your wick for sure. You only cut the voltage up if you
know your wick is wet.
The TRUTH about CLEAROMIZERS and DISPOSABLES....
"It tastes bad, It doesn't hit well, It might be burnt... I have to throw away,
and buy a new one."
FALSE!! WASH YOUR DISPOSABLE/CLEAROMIZER
Don’t just toss your disposable clearomizers! You can wash them and reuse them
several times. Use hot water, and let them dry upside down on a paper towel before
doing a dry burn
1. Remove clearomizer from battery to avoid shorting out either one.
2. Remove mouthpiece (unscrew the part you put in your mouth from the
tank)
3. Empty out the tank as much as possible (just pour it into the sink)
4. Run the mouthpiece under hot water to wash any juices off of it.
5. Set mouthpiece off to the side on a paper towel to dry.
6. Fill tank about half way with hot water.
7. Place a finger over each end of tank and give about three of four vigorous
shakes back and forth.
8. Repeat last step 4-5 times. If you have used a thick strong eliquid in the past
you may need more cleaning.
9. If you need more cleaning you can try pouring a little baking soda directly
into the CE4 tank and shaking it down into it. Then fill to about half with hot
water again and shake. Do this a few times and this will help.
10. Then rinse with clean water (fill to half, shake, repeat) a few times
11. Get excess water out of CE4 by shaking the tank upside down. (Get as
much of the water out as you can to speed up the process)
Dry Burn
After the previous steps now you will need to do a "dry burn" to get rid of
any residual eliquid and water from the wick and coil. Here's how:
1. Leaving the mouthpiece off, screw the CE4 back on to a manual
battery (push button type)
2. Press the button on the EGO for 2-3 seconds while looking down into
the top of the CE4
3. Let cool for 2-3 Seconds and then repeat until you can see the coils
inside the CE4 glowing red. Once they glow red, stop pressing the
button!
THAT'S IT ... ADD A NEW FLAVOR AND VAPE ON!!
